A very rare design classic from celebrated Swiss-French duo Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet.
The infamous couple skilfully crafted this lamp with bound coiled rope and hessian who innovated their designs using seagrass rope cord.
Adrian Audoux and Frida Minet were a French Modernist designer-duo who were extremely productive during the 1940s & 50s. Their design ethic was based upon new, accessible materials and technologies, representing the realities of modern life.
The lamp is in full working order and has been PAT tested.

Condition:
The lamp is in great vintage condition with some minor wear marks on the rope lamp. These are not obvious and don't take away from the beauty of the piece.

As these items are fragile in their nature, I normally ship each piece in its own box. If I can safely package two paintings in one box I will and refund you the excess paid.
